Student Financial Center: View & Pay Your Account

You may view your tuition, fees, and incidental charges via the Student Financial Center on TigerHub for students, or from Tiger Family Hub (for authorized parents or guardians). Starting in August and each month thereafter, as new activity occurs, an email notification will direct you to the Student Financial Center where you may review account activity, make a payment, or request a refund. You can view your account activity or make a payment at any time.

Princeton does not issue paper statements. However, you may print a statement by using the printer icon on the Student Financial Center main Account page. For an overview of the Student Financial Center navigation, review the navigational guide for graduate or undergraduate students.

Parent or Guardian Access for Undergraduate Students

The only way to access your student’s account or make electronic payments is through Tiger Family Hub . A network identifier (NetID) is required to log in. Princeton sends instructions on how to claim your parent or guardian NetID prior to the start of the academic year. Contact the Service Desk at 609-258-HELP (4357), email the Service Desk , or chat online from the OIT home page for assistance. Your student will also have to delegate your access.

Undergraduate Students

Within the Student Financial Center, you may view charge and payment activity, sign up for direct deposit, report an external scholarship (non-aid students only), enroll in the Monthly Payment Plan , and make electronic payments.

If there is a credit balance on your account, you can request a refund from the Refund button on the left menu of your account page after the start of classes each term. Your refund can be payable to you or directed to a number of payees including eating clubs, Co-Ops, and parents.

To authorize a parent/guardian access to your account from the Tiger Family Hub, please select them from the Delegation tab.

Each month, an email notification will be sent as a reminder to check your account. However, transactions are added daily and we encourage you to review your account often.
